Founder & President (she/her)
Alise is a licensed social worker with two decades of experience in grant writing and management within the non-profit sector, public education, and law enforcement. In 2017, she founded Bridging Hope Consulting, LLC, following a successful tenure with two national non-profit organizations.
She boasts a proven track record of securing over $80 million in private, state, and federal grant funding for her clients. Alise specializes in crafting customized grants that address behavioral health, educational advancements, and public safety initiatives for school districts, municipalities, and non-profit organizations.
Beyond grant writing, Alise provides training and coaching services to help clients diversify their funding sources. As a skilled facilitator, she has led training sessions nationwide, focusing on how to leverage grants to support essential programs, personnel, and capital projects. Under her leadership, Mnati Consulting is making a significant difference in every community it serves.

She has extensive experience with grants from the Bureau of Justice Assistance, as well as those supporting school safety and child welfare programs.
